Sex: female - Birthdate: 5/04 - Declawed: no  ortuna was spared being euthanized from a shelter in the Valley by a friend of ours who works there. She had been brought in with a “crushed” leg and because shelters aren't able to spend a lot of money on any of the animals that are there, they were going to put her down rather than operate on her. We had her taken to our vet who could not save the leg (too severe of an injury), amputated it and now she is doing just great! She’s fine on three legs and is the happiest, sweetest little girl you will ever meet! She’s also very beautiful and her coloring is extremely unique (dark brown/gold/caramel/orange); really the most stunning calico we’ve ever seen. She’s really not a “special needs” cat, but some people might go to this section looking for a 3-legged cat, so we decided to put her there. But she has no idea she has any kind of a handicap. All she needs is a loving, forever home where she can give back love in return and purr, purr, purr!!! Of course she’s spayed, tested for Felv/FIV, and vaccinated as well (also microchipped!).
